Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to process. You will be notified with tracking when your package has shipped. Processing time is subject to change and may be longer during new drops or launches due to high order volume.

 

US SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on US orders of $100 USD !!! All orders under $100 will have a fixed shipping rate of $10.

 

CANADA & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. There may be duty/import/taxes/customs/etc. charges imposed by your home country. Unfortunately ICI ET NU does not control these charges, so it is the responsibility of the buyer to understand and make payment of these charges!

 

DAMAGED GOODS

We inspect all pieces before packing and sending, however if for some reason your item arrives damaged, please email info@icietnu.com within 72 hours of delivery with photos and your order numbers. Items received damaged will be handled on a case by case basis.
